We invite you to stay in our big apartment in Kreuzberg, where we have a spare double room to provide you a nice home for your holidays.
Located directly next to the canal in Maybachufer, the apartment is inserted in the typical old building structures. High ceilings and big, spacious rooms create a airy atmosphere and the newly renovated bathroom facilities provide the modern comfort.
The shared ambients are the big living-kitchen, (completely equipped with all cooking necessities), the bathroom (with bathtub) and the private garden on the backside of the house.
The room (A) for rent is a nice one and has more or less 20 m2 of space. Its windows opens to the inner yard, therefore you are safe from car or market noise. Its furnished with a double bed, two couches and desks and a wardrobe.
Of course we have wireless internet at home and also provide linen and towels.

We ourselves are young adults, artists and autonomous working people, using our space also as working space. The vibe of the house is rather easy going and social, friends pass by every once in a while and people are respectful with each other.
It is allowed to smoke inside the flat and we also do. We have a little black cat.
