On offer are two well laid-out 50 m2 apartments in a pre-war building, which was extensively renovated and modernised in 2008. It is situated in the garden suburb of Neu-Tempelhof, a popular and conveniently located residential neighbourhood. The low-energy building features the latest comforts modern technology can offer. It is fully insulated, which means the apartments remain at a pleasant temperature. Heating is provided by environmentally friendly, CO2-neutral wood pellets and solar energy.

Free parking spaces are readily available outside the property. The convenient location and excellent transport connections – U-Bahn (underground), S-Bahn (suburban rail), national rail links and the 100/A103 motorways – make travelling and getting around the city a breeze. The park-like neighbourhood offers beautiful, green surroundings right in the middle of the city. The grounds of the former Tempelhof Airport have also
recently been opened to the public and offer a wealth of options in terms of leisure activities. THE APARTMENTS
The following are included when you rent one of the apartments:

Our apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers. They have wooden or tiled floors and are thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis.

HOW TO REACH US

FROM TEGEL AIRPORT:
Take the X9 or 109 bus as far as Jungfernheide S-Bahn suburban rail station. Then take the S42 train and get off at Südkreuz. From there, take the 248 bus in the direction of Ostbahnhof and get off at the Bäumerplan stop.

FROM SCHÖNEFELD AIRPORT:
Take the express bus SXF1 as far as Südkreuz S-Bahn suburban rail station. Then take the 248 bus in the direction of Ostbahnhof and get off at the Bäumerplan stop.
