Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

The cancellation can only be made in writing (mail, fax or email) within a period not less than 30 days before the starting date of the period booked. In this case, the return of proceeds by way of confirmation of the reservation will be done with a discount of 20% for bank charges and administrative.
There will be no return values received in advance for booking confirmation in the case of cancellation of reservation made within less than 30 days before the scheduled start date for the stay.
* The time to check in is from 14: 00 until 22: 00 hours of the scheduled start date for the stay.
The non-communication to the Pousada of arrival after this time configures the withdrawal of the reservation, releasing the hostel booking.
The non-attendance at the time scheduled for the beginning of stay characterizes the "no show" (non-attendance at the time of check-in), which gives to the Pousada charge of the total number of shares for the period booked.
