General conditions of reservation and accommodation:

1. Included in the daily breakfast, maid service, parking, beach kit (beach umbrella, beach chairs and towels) and WI-FI;

2. infant (up to 12 months) courtesy;

3. private reservations should be confirmed with an advance of 50% of hosting total package value via bank deposit or credit card VISA. The balance shall be paid at the time of entry in the Inn;

4 hours entry from 3:0 pm and output up to 12:0;

5. for the period LOW SEASON will be accepted bookings with a minimum of 2 daily;

6. for the period of MIDDLE SEASON will be accepted bookings with a minimum of 5 daily;

7. for the period of HIGH SEASON will be accepted bookings with a minimum of 7 daily;

8. do not charge service fee;

9. Optional Payment of r $ 1.50 per day that will be converted to the Emerald Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau;

10. in the case of non-attendance on the date of entry, there will be daily first billing;

11. hosting packages are charged in full. There will be no reduction or return values in case of early departure;

12. Cancellation of reservation with right of return of the deposited amount should formally occur within 30 days before the date laid down for entry in the Inn. Are discounted 20% on the deposited amount for compensation of operational expenditure;

13. in case of cancellation of reservation with less than 30 days before the date laid down for entry in the Inn and the reserves made within that period the deposited amount will not be returned, being discounted 50% on the value deposited in the contractual fine character and the balance remains as credit for hosting within 1 year from the date of cancellation.

16. operators and Tourism Agency will be commissioned in 10% of the total value of hosting package daily. Reservations will be confirmed with an advance of 50% of the hosting package. Payment of Commission agent shall be deducted from the deposit already confirmation at the time of booking;

17. REVEILON and Carnival will be applied at least 7 daily.
