Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Payment Policy: $250 reservation deposit is due at time of booking. 50% of rent is due 60 days prior to check-in date. Remaining 50% of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in date. Upon arrival, your reservation deposit will be converted into a security deposit which will be fully refunded to you within 7 days after the departure (if paid by credit card) if the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived with the exception of normal course of usage.

Cash Security Deposits: If guest pay security deposit in cash at time of arrival, we will return your security deposit in cash at time of check-out. Apartment will be inspected 1-2 hours before checkout.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund of deposit minus 4% credit card processing fee. Cancellations or changes made less than 60 days of the check-in date will be be assessed as follows:

59 - 31 days before check-in will receive 50% refund minus 4% credit card processing fee;
30 - 0 days before check-in will not be refunded.
