The 54-room Actor Business Hotel**** is situated on the Pest side of the historical city centre of Budapest. The hotel is easily accessible from the city centre (5 minutes) and from the Ferihegy international airport (15 minutes). The hotel ensures free airport transfer on prior request for those guests arriving by plane. The near underground station and the bus and tram lines ensure the excellent public transportation in the Hungarian capital.

You can unwind yourself in a relaxed atmosphere in our elegantly furnished, air conditioned rooms, which are equipped with cable television, a laptop-size safe and a mini-bar before going to business meetings or sightseeing tours in Budapest.

• Cancellation can be done free of charge at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, otherwise the cancellation fee equals the price of 1 night.
• In case the reservation was made for 2-6 nights: Cancellation can be done free of charge at least 3 days prior to your arrival, otherwise the cancellation fee equals the price of 1 night.
• In case the reservation was made for 7-21 nights: Cancellation can be done free of charge at least 4 days prior to your arrival, otherwise the cancellation fee equals the price of 2 nights.
• In case the reservation was made for a longer period than 21 nights: Cancellation can be done free of charge at least 7 days prior to your arrival, otherwise the cancellation fee equals the price of 7 nights.
• In case of special contracts and fees the above mentioned terms are not applicable. In this case the proper contracted terms and conditions are the standard.
• If you have booked a special package or offer, please double-check the applicable cancellation policy, because it can be different from the above mentioned policy!
• Please note that – in every case – the cancellation of program packages can be done free of charge at least 72 hours before the program starts!

• On-line reservation: in case of credit card payment, following the successful transaction, the bank will charge the cardholder’s account with the total amount of the accommodation. The charges will be calculated in euros, US dollars or in Hungarian Forint on the current daily rate. The information that is necessary to fulfill the online payment is provided through the website of the Bank with encrypted data communications. In case of a credit card payment, you are using a Bank operated online terminal, that is operated in accordance with the rules and safety requirements of the international credit and debit card companies.
• Check in: after 2:00 p.m. on arrival date. Early check in is only available following a request from the guest and confirmation from the hotel.
• Check out: please leave your room before 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. Late check out is available for 40 € until 6 p.m.. If you are leaving after 6 p.m. one extra day will be charged to your account.
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but in case of confirmed reservations, the prices are fixed.
