The apartment is situated in the HEART OF BUDAPEST, right on the banks of the Danube near MARGARET-BRIDGE. It is sunny, welcoming, and well locate. There is a view over the DANUBE, the enchanting MARGARET ISLAND and the BUDA HILLS.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

The cancellation of the reservation on behalf of the guest gives us the right to request the following percentages on the total rental of the apartment: from 30 days to arrival : 20% no repayment in case of interruption of the set out stay.
In the eventuality in which it would become a necessity to propose a different apartment from the settled one, or in the case of the cancellation of a before confirmed reservation, we will try to keep immediately in touch with you and to find an accommodation with features very similar to the ones requested. If this shouldn't be possible or if you disagree with this alternative the contract will be dissolved and if you paid, the deposit of the apartment will be paid back to you. Nothing else must be expected from us.
