Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of the city close to Budapest's historic Opera House, plus classic Budapest coffee houses and central shopping areas including the pedestrian Vaci utca. The River Danube, Margaret Island, City Park and Heroes' Square are within easy reach by public transport. Oktogon Metro Station (line 3) can be found just 200 metres from the apartment

The location of this apartment is excellent, as soon as we step out the door we are in the heart of the city. There are trams (no. 4, 6), bus (no. 105) and yellow / nr.1 metro running at the Oktogon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Valid cancellation can be made only in written form sent via email or fax referring to the booking details.
In case of cancellation a cancelation fee is applicable according the detailed cancellation policy described below.

• Bookings for up to 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50 EUR cancellation fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of the whole stay (equal to booking fee)
Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 6 to 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of the whole stay
NO SHOW or cancelation within 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

• Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20% of the whole stay (equal to booking fee)
Cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancelation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 70% of the whole stay
NO HOW or cancelation within 7 days before arrival: whole stay charge

• Reducing the number of nights after confirmed reservation

Will be treated as cancellation of the reduced night(s) and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy.

• Cancellation or reducing the number of nights during the stay

Whole stay charge will be charged according confirmed booking.
