LOCATION: Apartment can be found on Szent Istvan Grand Boulevard right at Margaret bridge Pest side, which is the beginning point of the World Heritage inner city ringroad of Budapest. It is just above at the embankment of river Danube, docking point of Margaret Bridge, opposite the most beautiful Margaret Island, which is said to be the real heart of Budapest.

AREA: The area has numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. Plenty of tarnished theatres, cinemas, café houses can be found in the neighbourhood. Main city sights: House of Parliament, St Stephen's Basilica, historical building of Nyugati Train Station, Oktogon square, Andrássy Avenue are just within some minutes of a short walk. Others, such as Royal Buda Caste or Heroes square in City Park is accessible in 10-15 minutes by public transportation. A number of famous thermal baths/spa, river Danube bank or beautiful parks of Margaret Island are only a few minutes of walking distance.
