Advance booking deposit request by paypal ( 1 - 2 nights renting price ).
The balance requested at the arrival in cash + the returnable 80 euro security deposit what we return at the check out .
The booking deposit is not refundable to the buyer in case of cancelation of the reservation or no show up .
The paid renting price is not refundable in case of earlier departure as it was requested in the agreement .
