Cancelations
In case the reservation is canceled by the passenger the deposit won’t be returned and gived to the owner as compensation. In case of rescheduling the contract or modifications in the duration of the rent, the deposit will be taken as credit for the passenger at the moment of the check in.

Reservation
The reservation begins completing the form of reservation or sending a mail to reservas@dwellingbuenosaires.com, indicating the selected department, the time of occupation of the same one, the passengers' quantity and the information of all of them (name, passport / document and age), schedule of check in/out.
The person who makes the reservation must be major of age and be responsable for the payment of the contrated service.
When you report about the number of passengers, also indicate if it is matrimonial or individual bed.
There is requested an advance payment for deposit. After confirming the payment and receiving all the information of the passenger, we send you a confirmation email and the reservation is done. The payment can be realized by means of bank deposit or money order (Wester Union).
Pease see the following chart where the deposit rates are described depending on the renting time:
a) 1 to 2 weeks: Equal to 1 week of renting
b) 2 weeks to 1 month: Equal to 2 weeks of renting
c) 1 month: Equal to 2 weeks of renting
d) More than one month: Equal to 1 month of renting.
Check-In
The check-In should be at 1 PM as a fix Schedule time. This can suffer modification depending on the apartment availability. The Staff of our company waits the arrival of the passenger in the department at the schedule hour. The customer must appear with the corresponding email confirmation sent by Dwelling Buenos Aires, and the owner of the apartment or agency staff will take charge of showing the rented property and the use of its facilities.

In no case there will be given the keys of the department if there is not cancelled the totality of the accommodation and the guarantee.
Check-Out
It is stated with the same inventory of the day of check-in that the whole equipment and work of the department must be in the same conditions in those who were given.
If it was like that, the deposit is returned entirely to the passenger. If there would be some break, damage or lackingly to the inventory, the corresponding price is discounted of the deposit, returning the rest of the deposit.
