Through the public transportation such us buses, subways and taxi cabs you will arrive to San Telmo, Palermo Hollywood or Belgrano neighborhoods in a few minutes.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

The reservation deposit will not be refunded if you cancel or modify the dates of your reservation.
Urban Places will not be held responsible for cancellations or modifications of any reason.
Please verify and confirm your booking dates before making your reservation since it is only valid for the dates you scheduled on your original booking. If there are changes on the dates of your reservation, the former payments will not be refunded. All changes on a reservation involve a new payment.
Payments for accommodations are not refundable.
In case of extension of stay, guests should advise Urban Places as early as possible in order to ascertain availability of the property and prepare a new contract to cover the additional period.

If guests do not check-in on the previously agreed day and have not notified Urban Places, the reservation will be considered canceled and treated as so.
The apartment will be released after 12 hours from the original check-in day.
