CANCELLATION POLICY:
As we are a small establishment, it is sometimes not possible to resell a room at short notice. For this reason, we charge 25% of the total accommodation cost for cancellation within 30 days of arrival and 50% of the total accommodation cost for cancellation within 14 days of arrival. A further 50% for cancellation less than 7 nights prior to arrival is charged or in the event of a no-show.
A PRO-RATA charge or refund will be made for any night which we are able to reallocate to a new guest. All cancellations must be done in writing and are not confirmed without a reply from us that confirms the cancellation. We do recommend that you purchase travel insurance which will protect you from unnecessary costs resulting from cancellations
