Scenic views from four private balconies (including a huge rooftop patio), overlook the boats coming and going. New, top quality mattresses, towels, linens and bedding create a luxury appeal not found in other beach rentals. Bring your boat and dock it right outside your door, the marina offers wet and dry storage, a pool-side cabana with cold beverages, and a fuel dock. You are minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and the most beautiful white sand beaches in Florida.

A HD flat panel television, complete with HD programming and HBO, a desktop computer with printer, and high-speed Cable WiFi offers techno junkies their complete fix. No expense has been spared in creating a rental unit that sets itself apart from the others.

You will be spoiled with a chef's kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to create special meals together. High end stainless appliances, juicer, ice maker, mixers, etc etc... The open concept living area allows friends and family to congregate at the kitchen bar and dining table while the chef prepares food. Loft ceilings and walls of glass opening to the waterviews allows for the Florida sun to welcome you to your vacation of a lifetime.

The freshly remodeled master suite has a walk-in closet, comfy queen bed with luxury linens, his and hers vanity, built in make-up mirror and hair dryer and a coffee bar. Booking Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel sixty (60) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to check-in.

An advance payment equal to 20% of the rental rate is required at time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments in the form of credit card, traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Another Keeper Charters. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due upon arrival. A credit card must be placed on file for any costs involved with damage to the unit or it's contents. You will incur no fees to your credit card as long as:

a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the outside trash can, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or local law enforcement.
