Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing by our sales office. Bookings cancelled within 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive, are subject to a 100% ‘no-show’ fee on the booked value for the entire stay.

Full payment of the total amount of the booking, is due 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival date, payment can either be made by credit card or by bank transfer. We require our guests to provide a credit card detail when making the reservation, and will deduct the necessary deposit 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival date.
