Alta Bay is a small boutique hotel, on the slopes of Table Mountain with views over Table Bay and City and ideally set for an intimate escape, relaxation or sightseeing. Designed in contemporary style, it combines understated luxury and urban chic with a laid-back retreat atmosphere. Rooms feature extra-length beds, air-con, flat screen TVs with DVD/CD player, satellite TV, safes and private outdoor space. Guests can enjoy a plunge pool and complimentary bar and WIFI. Unwind by the pool, read in the seclusion of your private outdoor space, enjoy a drink on the top terrace, detox with a massage or simply sleep your stress away.

Cancellations Policy
1. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your arrival: fully refundable
2. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date: deposit is non-refundable
3. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to your arrival date: the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
4. Refunds and waiver of cancellation are at the discretion of the management and the ability to re-let the room

Booking Terms
1. Our rates are per suite per night including breakfast, all taxes and commissions in South African Rand;
2. Alta Bay reserves the right to amend its rates in the event of exchange rate fluctuations in excess of 10%;
3. Our rooms accommodate up to 2 people only;
4. We welcome children aged 12 and over;
5. A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation;
6. The balance of accommodation is payable on your departure day;
7. To secure bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay is payable;
8. Should you shorten your stay with us the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged;
9. Your room is guaranteed until 21:00 on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged, thereafter it will be considered a no-show;
10. During the Christmas and New Year’s period, there is a minimum stay requirement of 6 nights.
