Gate Farm is an 18th Century Cotswold Stone Farmhouse situated on the edge of the beautiful historic village of Kington Langley, which is popular for its many public footpaths and walks and has an old inn which serves the tastiest and reasonable food alongside fine wines and traditional british beer.
The Georgian town of Bath Spa, World Heretage city is approximately 25 minutes by car, and nearby we have the picturesque and ancient villages of Lacock and Castle Combe
Gate Farm offers one very large and luxurious en-suite bedroom, which features an antique half tester superking sized bed, made up with antique french linen. The room is furnished with french antiques, and equipped with a flat screen tv/dvd, a fridge filled with wine, beer, fresh milk and sparkling and still water, and the usual tea and coffee making facilities.
Our bedroom has a simple en-suite bathroom, down two steps, equipped with luxury robes, towels and toiletries for your pleasure.
We cook breakfast on our Aga cooker, using organic produce whenever posiible, and are happy to cater for your specific needs. Breakfast is served in your own cosy sitting room, which has a fire, lit in cooler weather and a range of books, dvds and television. Guests are welcome to use this room, should they wish to any time during their stay.
Gate Farm is a family home, and is a relaxed and happy place to be. As we offer one room only, we are able to be extremely flexible, and treat our house guests as warmly and individually as we would our friends.
