Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
1. Reservations with arrival at the hotel prior to 08.00 Hrs are held from the previous evening and are billed for from the previous evening itself.
2. In the absence of flight arrivals details, reservations will be deemed as guarantee up to 18.00 Hrs only. However, a credit and guarantee or billing letter will ensure that your reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.
3. Our Check-Out time is 12.00 Noon. Late Check-Out may be extended up to 14.00 Hrs, but are available only on request and subject to availability.
4. Payment shall be direct by either cash or credit card or traveler's cheque.
5. In case of refund, transaction charges will be levied by the bank to the credit card holder (as per bank policy).
6. Your Credit Card details are taken as a guarantee only and shall not be charged at the time of booking.
7. Cancellations shall attract charges as per below -
a. Cancellations made with-in 24 hours of Check-In date will be charged full cost of stay.
b. Cancellations between 48 Hrs to 24 Hours of Check-In date, will be charged 1st Night Room and Taxes.
c. A room can be cancelled at no charge up to 48 Hour of Check-In date.
8. Cancellations / Amendments done in less than required notice period (48 hours prior) OR non-arrival of guest amounting to No-Show will be subject to one night retention charges. In case of Fully Paid-up Rates, full stay will be charged.
9. The above taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
10. Exchange Rate - Rates confirmed in USD shall be charged on the exchange rate based upon current rate during the stay period. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by bank or credit card companies, which are not within the control of the Hotel Management and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the Hotel if you have any questions.
11. Rate / Reservation Validity - Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and those we retain official records of our reservation transaction, including details of date of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications or variations between this confirmation and our official records, the official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.
12. Early Departures - We would request you to confirm your Departure date and time at the time of Check-In. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you will have to pay for the whole stay as an early departure fee.
