In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Hotel policies
These are general hotel policies. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking. If cancelled less than 28 to 14 days 50% is refundable.
If cancelled less than 10 to 7 days no refund will be considered.
Cancellation policy
Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

This form serves to acknowledge that all parties are in agreement with the below amounts in South African Rands manually debited by Imvusa Trading cc CK2007/014843/23 , Trading as Big 5 Accommodation in Edenvale Johannesburg and your credit card statement will reflect as Imvusa Trading as Big 5 Accommodation. Should you cancel your booking and refunds be due the refund will be done at the cancellation date exchange rate as at the time of the refund date and not that of the booking date. Any and All Cancellations will be charged a 10% admin fee, booking deposits are non refundable.
