Cancellation policy (includes weather, travel and illness disruptions):
5 days notice of cancellation prior to 12.00 noon on day of arrival, otherwise payment must be made in full. We will endeavour to re-let the room and if we are successful, you will be charged a 10% of the value of your booking, as an administration fee.
10 days notice of cancellation is required for all special events.
All cancellations/alterations MUST be made in writing and acknowledged by The Glenora.
