Prepayment Policy:This lodging always requires prepayment for its bookings.
In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why. 
RESERVATIONSS AND REFUNDS In order to confirm a room we request a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the reservation. This payment can be made by credit card. The reservation will not be considered firm until the deposit is received and it is confirmed by Agroturismo Alfatx. The remaining payment will be made once the guests arrive at hotel.
The customer will receive details of the reservation by e-mail, together with a number that will identify it (reference), and all the information regarding the conditions and cancelation policy.
The transaction must be made in EUROS.
WITH THE BOOKING IS INCLUDED The services detailed under the stipulated conditions by the Agroturismo Alfatx and client at the time of booking, I.V.A. included.
CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES At the time of the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. If it is found to be incorrect, could cause the cancellation of the booking.
CANCELLATIONS At all times the client may cancel the services requested or contracted, and is entitled to a refund of the amount paid as a deposit, but must compensate the Agroturismo Alfatx by the concepts described below: 5% of the amount of the deposit if the cancellation is made more than thirty days before the date fixed for occupying the accommodation. 50% of the amount of the deposit when cancelling with less than 30 days and up to 7 days before arrival. 100% of the amount of the deposit when they made seven or fewer days. In case of no-show customer is charged 100% of the total reservation.
The client agrees to the terms of the booking once the deposit money is made.
