The villa is a part of an ancient country house (in italian ‘casolare’ or ‘casa colonica’), renovated with the classical tuscan style. Immersed in nature and in the florentines hills, surrounded by olive tree goves, enjoy of a remarkable overview on the city of Florence.
In the low ground you can find a wide area with a chimney, living room and sofa. Is linked with the breakfast room, where you can find a sofa and same tables, with a classical red briks arch. From this space there is the chance to reach the large veranda and the garden, equipped with barbecue, wood stowe, table and seats. Guests have the use of the kitchen gifted with fridge, freezer, microwawe oven, oven, dishwasher, boiler.
At the first floor are situated the rooms, equipped by double bed, table, chair, closet, digital tv, wifi internet, air conditioning, central heating. Every rooms has the own bathroom with wc, bidet, washbowl and shower unit.

If the annulment is subsequently communicated, we ask a rate of 30 %, of the total price of the stay.
