Hi my name is Philip Dsouza my wifes name is Maryann our home has been built up in the year 2009 now we let out 5 double rooms bath ensuite and a cottage on the 2nd floor to travellere. I am a business man having intrests in hospitality and travel industry. We love being host for travellers from all around the world. The homestay opened in 2009 - September and the past 11 months has been a wonderfull period for us the reviews we recieve helps and motivates us to keep getting better and better. Our children are doing their higher studies and we dedicate full time to our passion.

Cochin (Kochi) is a vibrant city situated in the breathtakingly scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, which is referred to by the local people as 'God's Own Country'.

Reds Residency has 5 double rooms available, all of which are spacious and have attached bathrooms. There is also a luxury cottage on the top floor of the building, which accommodates 4 people, and includes a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
In addition to a warm and friendly welcome, and first class service throughout your stay, the following are also present: a fresh daily breakfast; a tour and activity booking desk; laundry facilities; internet access; a range of books and magazines.
