Dunkley House Guesthouse, is situated underneath the Table Mountain and in the heart of Cape Town's old Victorian 'village' The guesthouse consists of two buildings, - the main building which dates back to the mid 1800's is typically Cape Dutch, with high ceilings and French doors and shutters. Nestling in its own private area secluded behind a wall with bougainvilleas, banana trees, and bamboo hedges, the interiors of Dunkley House have been carefully modernised, with each room styled by the owner, Sharon Scudamore. Five spacious individually styled rooms all with their own en-suite bath or shower rooms, percale linen, artwork, flat screen TV’s, combined with the property DH2 within the grounds provides a further four luxury rooms. This building too is a period property carefully renovated and designed to give each room spaciousness, contemporary furnishings, and state of the art bathrooms. Apart from the main swimming pool enjoyed by guests, there are two luxury rooms with wall-to-wall folding glass doors leading onto decks with their own private plunge pools and views of Table Mountain. Altogether there are 11 spacious rooms, classical or contemporary, styled and furnished to give guests optimum comfort, as well as a 2-bedroomed apartment which caters for couples or families.

CANCELLATION POLICY
14 days or less before arrival, on day of arrival, during stay or “no-show”: Full booking payment due.
15 to 28 days before date of arrival: full 50% deposit due.
29+ days before date of arrival: refund of deposit.
Please note that any bookings made for November to mid-February (inclusive) will forfeit full deposit on cancellation, unless previously arranged with Management.
