At the foot of the 12 Apostles, Bayview Lodge is located in the quiet and secure suburb of Hout Bay. Surrounded by the ever green views of nature, we offer personal service and cordial hospitality and the comfort of a 4-star Guesthouse in the Romantic Valley in the heart of Hout Bay. All rooms are en-suite, very comfortable and individually styled with tranquil decor of warm and earthly colours. Each room has a private terrace or balcony with a magnificent look-out over the valley to the mountain and the bay.
There is a swimming pool and a honesty bar, which adds to the appeal of entertainment and being able to help oneself.
Secure off street parking and internet access is available for our guests.
We will happily arrange services such as airport transfers, city tours, day tours, car hire and offer advise on shopping, theatre and events.

Prepayment Policy:This lodging always requires prepayment for its bookings.
In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why. 
Deposit required
A 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Any outstanding balances towards your reservation must be deposited in full, 7 days prior to your arrival. Although arrangements could be made upon request of how to settle the balance or to secure a booking.
Cancellation policy
These rates will apply to Guests who have secured a booking by providing the 50% deposit.
Cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation will be retained.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival = 75% of accommodation will be retained.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation willbe retained.
Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival = 25% of accommodation will be retained.
In the instance of non-arrival of a Guest without notification in writing by fax or email to the Guesthouse a non appearance fee of the full amount of stay will apply.
