Except for the modernized kitchens and washrooms, you will feel as if you have stepped back in time when you enter this attractive flat.

All apartments in the TEL Building have a bedroom separated from the living room. All living rooms have a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sizable double bed. The living area is composed of an entertainment and dining area.

TEL BUILDING apartments are equipped with:

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Cancellation Policy
•Bookings cancelled by the guest up to 1 week before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund of the paid deposit.
•Cancellations must be made by 12 midday EFT (Eastern European Time, UTC + 2 hrs) on the appropriate day.

Apartment fully furnished. Utilities (electricity, gas, water) and weekly cleaning and linen/towel changes are included in the rent.
Conditions:. Check-in time is 2 pm (14:00) and check-out is 11 am.
Renters are expected to keep the property in good order and leave the apartment in the same condition as when they arrived.
Renters understand that Proprietor will charge their credit card for the deposit required to rent this apartment. Further, renters authorize Proprietor to use renter’s credit card as a security deposit for this rental and understand that renter’s card will be charged for any items found to be damaged or missing as a result of renter’s actions at the end of their stay.
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (1) day of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens are lost or damaged.
NO early check-in or late checkout.
