ACCOMMODATION:

Suites are homely, outfitted with modern amenities encouraging modern living whilst indulging with certain ease. Five double sleeper suites & two double sleeper self catering suites are available to accommodate for a variety of guests requirements.
All suites have en-suite bathrooms with either a shower or bath. Suites are fitted with individual remote operated air-conditioners; LCD televisions with twelve dedicated DSTV channels that are independently operated within each room by guests; broadband internet connections with in room printing to reception; telephones to both receive and dial externally; furthermore rooms contain a mini bar, safe, kettle, hair dryer and electric shaving points; faxing services are available at reception. All suites have superior quality beds, no smaller than queen size, while selected suites contain single beds for uncoupled guests. The finest percale bedding is utilized to ensure a perfect nights sleep. Suites are all equipped with full height mirror door wardrobes with both shelving and hanging space. The guest house has a strict no smoking policy within all buildings. Guests are free to smoke outdoors. All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors to detect both smoking as well as fires. kitchens comprising of a full size fridge/freezer, stove and oven, appliances, cutlery and crockery. Self catering guests are welcome to dine with the rest of the guest should they wish.

A large outdoor patio shaded with umbrellas overlooks the swimming pool and is a favored area for morning breakfasts. The guest house reception area is adjacent to a lounge area where guests are invited to relax and interact with other guests. The patio / swimming pool area also has luxurious wooden furniture for sun tanning and outdoor socializing. WiFi internet is available in the lounge and dinning areas. We encourage all our guest to use our facilities and make themselves feel at home. Flying Falcon Guest House offers all guests breakfast included in the overnight tariff. Breakfasts are freshly prepared and the menu alternates between traditional English breakfasts, continental breakfasts, specialty breakfasts and. All breakfasts include a variety of cereals, fresh fruits and yogurts, toast and fruit juices. We also have a fully equipped coffee machine to offer guests variety of hot beverages. An outsourced laundry service is available on request.

Flying Falcon Guest House is a luxury alternative to staying in the confinement of a restrictive hotel room. A homely ambience is essential for the owners. Only distinguished, respectable guests are welcome to stay at the guest house. Unsavoury characters will not be permitted to check in as it is vitally important that superior standards are upheld at all times. No loud music, late night parties or disruptive behaviour will be permitted. The guest house boasts personal privacy and luxury for all guests.
SAFETY & SECURITY:
The guesthouse boasts 24 hour on site security and all vehicles are parked within the fenced off property. The property is linked to an armed response company and access to the guest house is via an electronically controlled gate. Security control access to the property from a guard station. Flying Falcon Guest House only makes use of long serving, reliable and trustworthy staff.
LOCATION:
Flying Falcon Guest House is located in Eastern Johannesburg. The guest house is situated just off the N3 Modderfontein off ramp and thus easily accessible to the motorway network.The guest house is approximately 15mins from the OR Tambo International Airport and only 5mins from the nearest Gautrain station. The center of Johannesburg is a mere 15mins drive away, Northern Suburbs approximately 10mins and Pretoria roughly 45mins depending on traffic.

Greenstone shopping centre is less than 5mins away and boasters excellent shopping, a large variety of restaurants as well as Pick 'n Pay and Woolworths Food stores. Alternatively Sandton City, Eastgate and Bedford Centre shopping centres are all within 10 to 15mins away.
Linksfield Private Hospital is less than 10mins away from the guest house. So our sporty guest a Virgin Active Gym is less than 5mins away, The Royal Johannesburg Country Club, Dowerglen Country Club and The Modderfontein Country Club are all within 10mins drive.
