Linga Longa is a splendid 4 Star rated luxury Guest House that is situated in the quiet, leafy, Kempton Park suburb of Glen Marais. Its proximity to O R Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport makes it a perfect place for a stop over before or after arriving at the airport as well as an ideal base from which the tourist can explore the Gauteng area.
All eight guest rooms are superbly appointed with their own private entrances and numerous in room features such as en-suite bathrooms, satellite television, tea and coffee tray and room safes.
A full English breakfast is served every day in our bright dining room and for those less inclined to a cooked breakfast, continental style fare is also on offer. All breakfasts are included in the nightly rate. Lunch packs and dinners are available to all guests on request at reasonable cost.
Airport transfers are available to all guests twenty four hours a day and with the airport being so close to the guest house, all patrons are not inconvenienced by a long drawn out ride after landing from what could have been a very arduous flight. Tours to all the major tourist attractions are available on site. Popular day trips include the Johannesburg/Soweto Tour, Gold Reef City Tour, Lion Park Tour and Cullinan Diamond Mine Tour.
Guets at Linga Longa may utilise all facilities at the guest house. A well stocked outdoor bar allows guests to relax with a drink in hand to complete a long day. The sparkling pool entices guests to cool off after a warm African summers day. A braai (barbeque) is also available for guests wishing to experience a traditional South African meal. Children may play on the trampoline and climbing frame in the beautiful garden which surrounds the property.
