HALE LELE VILLA can be booked as a private villa offering 7 bedrooms and 8 additional sleeping areas (Lele Penthouse, Poolside Bungalow and lele Hideaway) or you may book one or two of the unites separately making the villa semi-private; please see the descriptions below:
LELE PENTHOUSE: a three bedroom luxurious penthouse plus 5 additional sleeping areas, tastefully decorated with a Hawaiian flair. The Penthouse offers 4 full baths, 3 half baths, large library, grand entrance sitting room, dining room that seats 12, gourmet kitchen, fun family room and a mezzanine level that has three areas, each with sofa-beds and seating area as well as a large flat screen tv and all the amenities. A wrap around deck surrounds the ocean facing side of the penthouse including a BBQ and dining deck as well as a secluded whale watch deck with a shower at the mezzanine level. Each bedroom has a private entrance to the pool area in the back yard. The penthouse can sleep up to 12 comfortably.

POOLSIDE BUNGALOW: a two bedroom lovely airy accommodation with two baths and an additional recreation/tv room with a sofa bed. The unit offers a newly remodeled kitchen with granite floors and countertops, 4 televisions with Roku, a private entrance to the pool and a charming seated lanai with double dutch doors opening to the gardens. This unit is at ground level, easy in and out.

LELE HIDEAWAY: a cozy one bedroom suite unit with two baths and a private entrances to the pool, upscale granite flooring throughout and a gourmet kitchen. There is a sofa bed as well in the living area. This is a perfect addition to the Penthouse when needing more room as it also is accessible within the penthouse if you would like, perhaps a perfect place for grandma and grandpa or the teens. This unit is at ground level as well.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

The full balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival date in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be given if cancellation notice is received within the thirty (30) days unless property is re-rented for the same dates. Credit Cards are not accepted. A service fee of $50.00 will be charged on reservations that cancel after confirmation deposit is received.

Procedures upon booking are as such; we will send you a confirmation requesting a deposit of one night's stay plus another night's stay for a refundable security deposit to secure your reservation. After the reservation confirmation is sent, you will have 10 days to return your deposit. After receipt of the deposit, another confirmation will be sent showing the balance due on your reservation. The balance is due thirty days prior to your arrival.
