Our well-designed accommodation and attractive surroundings will make you feel at home from the start. Set in a quiet position surrounded by beautiful, secluded gardens, we’re close to The Heads, Knysna town centre, picturesque lagoon and quays. Ours is a sophisticated and stylish establishment, ideal for independent travellers who enjoy peace, privacy and informality (regret no children under the age of 12 or pets).

Each of our spacious luxury guest suites is equipped to a high standard, offering all the modern comforts you’d expect - plus many thoughtful touches that make our accommodation special. Our large, well-maintained garden is a haven for a wide variety of birds and features a salt-chlorinated pool, sun deck, lapa and delightful guest braai area.

Designed with comfort, freedom and privacy in mind, we offer a truly unique guest experience – perfect for extended stays and romantic getaways all year round. Our studios are located on the ground floor, providing level access to the private guest car park. Each has its own furnished patio leading directly onto our manicured lawn, garden, pool and entertainment area.

Bed & breakfast or self catering

We’re one of only a few guest establishments to offer true flexibility and choice. You can opt for accommodation-only or B&B in Studios 1 & 2 and fully self-catering or B&B in Studio 3, our 2 bedroomed apartment.

If you’re not hungry enough to join us on the upper deck for panoramic views and a hearty, imaginative breakfast, you'll find everything you need in your studio to prepare your own light meals.

Curfew:

None

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

- REFUND PROMISE: If we re-let the cancelled room we will refund your deposit in full (less our admin fee)
- Refund of deposit, less a R100 administration fee plus any costs incurred processing transactions, will be offered for reservations cancelled 2 or more calendar months prior arrival.
- No refund of deposit can be offered for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
- No refunds can be offered for curtailment of stay.
- Refunds and waiver of the above cancellation policies are at the discretion of the owners and our ability to re-let accommodation.
