In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel rooms and restaurant are available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer
Cancellation of booking shall be made 48 hours before check-in date. Cancellation made less than 48 hours is subject surcharge (cancellation fees $ 80.00) by the Resort. In the event of cancellation made less than 48 hours or in the event of "NO SHOW", we shall charged a one (1) night charges multiply by the number of rooms booked.

Peak Season - Any day on Public Holiday & Long Weekends

In the event of cancellation made less than 8 days or in the event of “NO SHOW”, we shall charged the total number of rooms reserved multiply by the total number on nights reserved.
