You cancel up to 45 days prior to your arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the 30% advancement payment already paid if property is not re-rented. If rental rate was paid in full, we will refund 70% of the amount paid and the remaining 30% will be paid back to you if property is re-rented.
You cancel between 45 days and 21 days prior to your arrival date, we will not refund you the 30% advancement payment already paid. If property was paid in full, we will re fund 35% of the total paid.
You cancel within 21 days prior to your arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the full amount paid
