Arianna Hill House is a totally new (opening on March 2010) bed & breakfast on the hills of La Spezia. Just 2,5 km. from La Spezia town centre and train station, this lovely and comfortable property offers its guests an ideal solution for enjoying the beauties of the Cinque Terre Riviera in quiteness and relax; In a recently built 3-storey house, respectful of the typical Ligurian architecture, we find, upon entering the property, an elegant and spacious reception with sofas and wide screen SAT tv opening on a luminous breakfast room with huge fireplace, ideal for spending romantic and nice sojourns even in the colder season.

Bedrooms are on the first and second floor. Four out of five have sea-view and offer its guests the wonderful panorama of the Poets' Gulf.
The owners gave each room the names of great artists of the past that loved to stay in the lovely villages of the Gulf of La Spezia and the Cinque Terre coastline.
Byron is a double, sea-view room, on first floor. It can turn out as a triple, having an additional arm-chair folding bed. It has a sea-view window and a door window opening on a spacious terrace, ideal for resting at sunset or under the stars, sipping a glass of good wine, after a day spent touring around the area.
IT IS THE ONLY ROOM ON FIRST FLOOR.
Remaining rooms are on second floor.

Shelley is a double sea-view room with a curious loft, accessible thanks to a wood stair, and 2 single beds (ideal for 2 additional children)
Wagner is a double sea-view room
Montale is double hill-view room
Keats is a single/small double sea-view room. Being right in front of Montale Room, it can be used as close by room for 1 or 2 kids

Furnishing is all new, sober and elegant. All the rooms have en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet and offer all the comforts: Sat TV-Set, free wifi connection, safe, air conditioning.

Own car recommended, but not essential; arrival & departure transfers either from La Spezia train station and main airports can be arranged; for daily trip around the area, bus stop is right under the property;
