This laid-back private island resort, located away from bright tourist traps and towering hotels, is a special place where quiet serene comfort and peaceful relaxation brings back a time in Florida Key's history when life was more simple and uncomplicated.
All of the lovely island habitats come with a full size kitchen including all major appliances plus microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and blender, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, outside individual barbecue grills with charcoal and lighter fluid. The cottages are impeccably clean and well appointed with daily housekeeping service.
You are greeted with fine Italian chocolates on arrival and in the morning, a delicious complimentary continental breakfast of fresh muffins, bagels and croissants coffee and tea is delivered to your door. An unlimited supply of fresh Florida juicing oranges beckons you to add some liquid sunshine to your stay every day.
Be adventurous and launch your complimentary ocean going two person kayak from our white sandy beach. Kayaking is a fun way to discover and explore some of the beautiful Florida Keys’ mangroves and ocean life around the islands.
Whether you bring your boat or rent one of our boats we have dockage available with a fresh water wash and electricity.
Luxury linens and towels along with our plush signature beach towels and embroidered name bathrobes are in each cottage for you to enjoy.
Lounge by the heated pool surrounded with tropical foliage and surf the Web with your laptop. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the resort.
Take a day trip to Key West, little more than an hour away. When you are done seeing the sights, shopping or strolling down Duval Street, “come home” to the comfort and quiet relaxation of the cottages.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Due to our small size, cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy and require a thirty day cancellation notice. A 20% service charge will be assessed for cancellations made prior to 30 days from check in. The service charge is based on the total reservation amount. Reservations canceled 30 days or less of check in are NON-REFUNDABLE. There is no refund for early departures. Travel insurance is recommended to cover all loses do to unexpected circumstances. The management of Conch Key Cottages will strive to make your stay enjoyable. Unless other arrangements have been made, a 50% deposit is due at the time of making the reservation and balances are due 30 days prior to arrival date.

It is our pleasure to have you as a guest at Conch Key Cottages. Check-out is at 10:00 am. A 1:00 pm. late check-out may be arranged in advance for an additional fee of $75 The latest check-out we can guarantee is 1:00 pm. There is no refund for early departures.

Kayak Use: A kayak form must be executed prior to kayak use.

Guest agrees to be responsible for all incidental charges, damages and/or excessive cleaning caused by members of the Guests party and agrees to pay all costs.

Maintenance and repairs are needed from time to time while Guests are staying in the property. Guest agrees to notify Conch Key Cottages as soon as a maintenance problem occurs. Breakdowns and other maintenance issues will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. Refunds or discounts will not be given due to maintenance or breakdown issues.

Conch Key Cottages is NOT responsible for Guest’s personal belongings that are lost or left behind. If requested and if found, any left-behind items will be returned at Guest’s
expense.
