CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation of this contract may result in forfeiture of the initial deposit and any payments made pursuant to this contract. The client will be entitled to the return of is deposit should he cancel the contract in writing within seven days from the signed contract. After seven days, from the contract date there will be no refunds of any amounts paid towards this contract, all amounts. All amounts paid Carefree Lifestyle, Inc. will be considered liquidated damages. An email is not considered written notification of a cancellation. Should a client cancel this contract after seven days and charged his payment on American Express or any other credit card he waives his right top chargeback the amount charged pursuant to this contract.

AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS
No charge unless it is a change of date and made within 4 weeks of arrival Carefree then reserves the right to treat it as a cancellation and re-booking, which may require a price change. All amendments must be in writing. If the client chooses to leave early he is still responsible for the total rental amount. There are no early checkouts. All amendments are at the discretion of Carefree Lifestyle.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT: A deposit of at least 50 % of the total contract cost is due upon the signing of the contract. The balance owed on the contract is due (30) days prior to the rental date. If the final balance is received within thirty days of the rental date Carefree Lifestyle reserves the right to provide alternate but equal accommodations which would be acceptable to a reasonable person. Checks shall be certified and bank drafts shall not be subject to waiting periods before they can be cashed. Carefree Lifestyle reserves the right to charge for extra services should the client extend the services past the amount stated in the contract or more than the stated number of guests receive the services. The additional charges shall be according to the Carefree Lifestyle price list. Failure to fulfill the contract requirements will result in a loss of the deposit as well as any other payments made pursuant to the contract.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Client shall provide Carefree with a security deposit of $ ______ . This sum will be returned to the client within 72 Hours provided that the property and its equipment are returned in an acceptable condition after Client vacates it. Should a client damage the property the client authorizes Carefree Lifestyle to charge the client for the specific damages caused and provide an invoice to the client detailing the damages. The client authorizes Carefree Lifestyle to charge the client’s American Express Card or any other credit card for these damages once Carefree Lifestyle provides an invoice to the customer detailing the specific damages. The Security deposit is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. The client authorizes Carefree Lifestyle to charge the Client’s American Express Card or any other credit card for the security/damage deposit amount. Carefree Lifestyle is authorized to make additional charges on the American Express card or any other credit card to cover the amount of the total damages to the car or property. The Client is provided with a full inventory of property contents on arrival. Any breakages or missing items during the duration of this agreement will be charged at cost plus a 15% administration fee; any payments that becomes due for a refund, whether in whole or part, shall also be subject to an administration fee of 15%.
