Mary Jane attended Southeastern Academy in Culinary and Graduated 2nd in her class with a "Certificate of Excellence" then proceeded to attend the American Culinary Federation three year training course. Mary was an apprentice with a French/Italian Chef educated and trained in Nice, France who's career extends from Working at the White House in the 60's to the exquisite Hotel Le Chanteclerc, Montreal. Mary worked in a variety of establishments, including Banquet Chef in Country Clubs and Hotels to Executive Chef in 125 Seat Restaurant.Gary began his career at the age of 14 in the kitchen as a prep cook. He attended the American Culinary Federation's culinary classes where he met and apprenticed for many years under the guidance of a German Chef. He quickly rose in the ranks to become a Sous Chef. Gary then went on to work in various upscale establishments ranging from Sous Chef to Executive Chef in Resorts, Country Clubs and Hotels. Join us for a Romantic Evening of Fine Dining. In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Our Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Upon making a reservation a deposit equal to one nights quoted rate is required and it will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation. If you must cancel at least 21 days prior to the starting date of your reservation your deposit will be refunded, less a 25% processing fee. The cancellation period during Holidays (such as, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, MLK Weekend, President's Week, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Foliage Season) is 30 days. If you do not cancel until fewer than 21 or 30 days on Holidays, before your scheduled arrival, or if you are a "no show" your deposit and the remaining balance of the reservation will be forfeited, unless we can rebook the room. If you cancel during a holiday period you will be charged for the entire booking unless the room can be rebooked. No refunds for early checkouts. Unforturnately, We cannot control the weather or ski conditions. I wished we could.
