SYMPHONY / MTW (56th St. Broadway & 8th Avenue) - Expansive and lovely (750 sq ft)temporary junior 1 bedroom apartment located in one of the most prestigious buildings in our fair city; minutes from central park and transportation. King size bed in the spacious alcove bedroom area (11x16 ) feet. Lazy boy sectional with queen sofa bed and a recliner in the living room area (22x13) feet . A magnificent Chinese screen (floor to ceiling) separates the 2 areas allowing privacy and adding additional beauty to the setting. Apartment has a chaise lounge. Allowing a additional sleeping facility for those under 5’ 7’.This apartment has been decorated by our office so much care has been given. Lots of nice touches and lots of sunlight through 2 walls of windows. Beautiful view of the city can be enjoyed from the terrace, which faces the back of the building, adding to a feeling of privacy Thermal-break glazed windows make this a peaceful setting. Excellent closet and drawer space. Laundry room is located on the same floor a few door down from the apartment. The Symphony has one of the most beautiful lobbies we've ever seen with both doorman & concierge. Swimming pool, health club, recreation rooms, and even an outdoor jogging track for long-term guests at an available additional fee.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Cancellation policy: upon cancellation, fees will be charged to your credit card as follows: A $50.00 booking fee if cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. (Balance of deposit refunded.)If cancellation exit’s 14 days, or less prior to arrival 25% of gross sales or 2 night lodging (whichever is the greater). Plus applicable taxes and credit card fees. Will apply as cancellation fee.
Reservations for 30 days or more have $250 cancellation fee if cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival; if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival 50% of first month rent, plus applicable taxes and credit card fees, apply as cancellation fee.
Early departures are NON REFUNDABLE.
