CARRIE / MTW (West 56th St. Bet. Broadway & 7th Avenue) 2 bedroom apartment. Sizable , (about 1000 square foot) and very attractive. One of the finest in our collection. King-size bed in the Master Bedroom. Which has a terrific city/river view a TV, and an adorable table and chairs located by the window. 2nd bedroom has queen size and an attractive small sofa should you wish to read in a quiet corner. A beautiful wall of mirrored bifold doors separate the living room from the 2nd bedroom. The bifold easily open in the day to allow for the fabulous view of city / river and central park and lots of sunlight. . Living room has a good looking extremely comfortable sofa bed. Pretty, comfortable furnishings and good art through out apartment. Apartment has a pass through kitchen and other nice touches. Carrie is used solely for rental and so have excellent closet /drawer space. Elegant building; full-time concierge. Best all-around location in the city with a terrific supermarket just around the corner. Carrie is a 1 bathroom apartment at terrific value

(Balance of deposit refunded.)If cancellation exit’s 14 days, or less prior to arrival 25% of gross sales or 2 night lodging (whichever is the greater). Plus applicable taxes and credit card fees. Will apply as cancellation fee.
Reservations for 30 days or more have $250 cancellation fee if cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival; if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival 50% of first month rent, plus applicable taxes and credit card fees, apply as cancellation fee.
Early departures are NON REFUNDABLE.
