Facilities include a guest lounge with fire place, large TV and DVD/CD libraries, established gardens, romantic dinners for two, in house massages etc.
For our valued guests, all rooms are lavishly appointed, offering ensuites with single or double spa bath, individually adjustable reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, stereo system, radio alarm clock, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, fluffy bathrobes, hairdryer, luxurious cotton sateen linen and very comfy beds with electric blankets!

Each of the beautifully appointed AAA Tourism rated 4½ star B&B room has it's own flair, with colours reminiscent either of the old Tuscan or the modern Mediterranean style.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Deposit of AUD100 per room required at time of booking.

Any cancellation will attract a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 2 weeks before check in will require the full booking amount to be paid. Cancellations less than 4 weeks before check in will loose their deposit.
Refunds will be paid via cheque or direct deposit.
