Riverview Lodge is a large Victorian Guest Lodge/Hostel/Hotel, in trendy historical Observatory. Specialising in budget large group accommodation and conferencing.
We are very centrally situated near all that Cape Town has to offer.

We specialise in providing budget accommodation for large, medium or small groups, maximum capacity 180 people – ideal for schools, Universities, Technikons, sports groups or large budget tour groups. We also provide budget conferencing for groups of all sizes.
Our lodge is a spacious Victorian building and has a cosy home away from home atmosphere. We have several lounges, 2 dining rooms, patios, braai facilities and some self catering facilities and separate bathroom facilities for men and women.
A continental breakfast is included in our B+B rates although a full breakfast is available if required. We have a resident cook who specializes in wonderful home cooked meals, so dinner and lunch can also be provided if required.
We have a 24 Hour check in, and as safety and security is a top priority we have keypad access and a night watchmen on duty.

Cancellation Policy
*YOUR ENQUIRY WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED ONCE YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT AT OUR DISCRETION.
*IF THIS BOOKING IS NOT CANCELLED WITHIN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND OR IN THE EVENT OF A “NO SHOW”, ALL MONEYS PAID WILL BE FORFEITED.
*ROOMS ARE HELD UNTIL 4PM ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL AND MUST BE VACATED BY 10AM ON DAY OF DEPARTURE.
*ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORIGINAL ENQUIRY MUST BE DONE IN WRITING TO ENSURE ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT AND WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF AMENDMENTS ARE NOT CONFIRMED BY US.
*TOWELS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROVIDED, HOWEVER, IT IS AVAILABLE AT A NOMINAL DAILY RATE.
*UPON ARRIVAL, ROOMS WILL BE ALLOCATED ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY.
*IN THE EVENT OF AN EARLY DEPARTURE ALL MONIES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED, UNLESS WE CAN FIND OTHER GUESTS/BOOKINGS TO FILL YOUR VACATED ROOMS.
