The cottage was originally a carriage house and was open in the back so that a wagon could be pulled through for loading and unloading. It has a kitchen, equipped with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Cooking and serving utensils can be found in the cabinets. A stackable washer and dryer are available for washing clothes and a small table and chairs for eating meals. This building contains a queen-sized bed, large matching chest and a closet. There is a spiral staircase that leads up to a loft area that contains twin beds. The bathroom has a shower. Cable TV with DVD and VHS players provided.

Note about breakfast: The refrigerator is stocked with milk, orange juice, bottled water, coffee and a variety of cereals to provide a continental breakfast. Breakfast in the main house can be arranged for $5 per person.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

$50 fee for cancellation within 7 days of arrival date. Charge for full reservation amount when not showing up without notification.
