Your mission is to further develop our software and infrastructure using state-of-the-art methodologies, patterns, frameworks, and programming languages. You will work alongside the best web technologists in Bogota. You will also get competitive compensation in addition to stock options.

Responsibilities

You will continue the development of our software by:

• Learning and mastering agile development and continuous integration
• Learning and mastering service oriented architecture (SOA), model-view-controller patterns (MVC), and test-driven development (TDD)
• Learning, mastering, and tweaking CakePHP and jQuery
• Learning and mastering the code and architecture behind LetMeGo--we call it The BookingMarkets Engine
• Only coding features that have been documented already using detailed use cases and wireframes (This will reduce your anxiety level. To learn more about the way we document use cases read this post).

• You need to be a very good coder (seriously)
• Obviously, your English skills should be good
• Understanding of MVC
