Skypoint is named for its fantastic views and location. It is a newly constructed Executive style cottage with a very relaxed family atmospere that is now available to rent. Very large main floor and sleeping area (2400 sq.ft.) with huge lower level with walkout prevent this cottage from feeling cramped even when the whole family is here. The dock is in sun for most of the day. Leave the city and all its troubles behind, relax on the sun drenched dock all day, barbeque your dinner, then build a roaring fire in the firepit on the point. Now you can sit back with your loved ones and stare at the stars.

Cottage Rental Facilities
Four bedrooms. 2 large rooms on upper floor, queen and single in each, 3 pc bathroom between them. Master bedroom on main floor with queen bed and unfinished ensuite. Fourth bedroom on lower floor with double bed. Large kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic tile floor, OTR microwave oven) & dining area (22' X 12'), Massive Great Room with TV, VCR, & DVD player. Large mainfloor bathroom with multihead shower, (under construction). Lower level unfinished. Dock large enough to handle 10 people easily, for tanning and swimming. Entry to water is a gentle sloping rock off side of dock, from zero to 4', or dive in off front into 6' of water. Lake warms up fast in spring, making swimming very enjoyable all summer long. A paddle boat and some lifejackets are included. A 14' Aluminum boat, 20 hp Mercury engine also available to rent

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

1. Any cancellation by the Renter shall be made in writing to the owners. On receipt of cancellation notice, the owners will endeavour to re-book the cottage for the entire period of the original booking.
2. If the owners succeed in re-booking the cottage for the entire period of the original booking, the owners will refund to the Renter all monies paid (whether by deposit or otherwise) less an administration fee of $100.00. If the owners are able to re-book the cottage for only a portion of the period originally booked, the owners will refund the monies paid relating to the period re-booked less a $100 administration fee.
3. If the owners are unable to re-book the cottage at all, then the Renter shall forfeit all monies paid to the owners.
