Embracing the southern bank of the Bitou River in Plettenberg Bay , Emily Moon River Lodge is a small, exclusive Lodge with accommodation for just 16 adult guests and two children over the age of eight years.

Each luxurious suite is a separate lodge for two people, with their own sitting areas, private viewing decks and spacious, fully appointed bathrooms.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit of the cost of the entire stay is required to confirm a booking. You will receive a written confirmation of your booking from Emily Moon River Lodge. On departure extras should be settled. Last minute cancellations, no shows, or early departures are liable for the total cost of the entire stay.

Cancellations
• The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made one to seven days before the actual arrival date
• Cancellations received between eight and 21 days before the date of arrival will result in 50 percent of the deposit forfeited
• Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival – deposit fully refundable.
• Written instruction , which includes banking details, is required to cancel your reservation to allow Emily Moon River Lodge to refund the applicable amount within seven days. A 15 percent administration fee will be charged and an additional R185 will be levied on SWIFT accounts.
