This fully equipped comfortable one bedroom self catering and self service apartment can sleep up to a maximum of four (4) persons and is situated within walking distance from 24/7 KwikSpar, Medical facilities, museums, sports grounds, public swimming pool, parks, cinemas, coffee shops, internet café, laundromat, post office and financial institutions. The apartment is also situated within 5 minutes drive from beaches, shopping centres, Boardwalk casino complex, restaurants and family entertainment

The apartment is situated on the 5th floor in a secure apartment complex and is equipped with the following - Private entrance, Ceiling fan in lounge / dining room and main bedroom, Remote controlled television in main bedroom and lounge, DStv with selected channels, Main bedroom with double bed, Enclosed balcony with double bed, Lounge / Dining room, Kitchen with stove & oven, Microwave, Iron & Ironing Board, Hairdryer, Bathroom with shower over bath, Secure entrance to complex and Remote controlled access to on-site under cover parking bay

Please note – Only persons quoted for are allowed to share the accommodation apartment. Should the booking be for one (1) or two (2) persons only the 2nd balcony bedroom will be locked. Prior arrangement needs to be made by the guest prior to the day of arrival for both bedrooms to be made available in case the booking is for two (2) persons only that will not be sharing the same room. If only two (2) persons are sharing the apartment and each guest is staying in their own room then a surcharge is payable for the accommodation booking made.

Self Catering = Guest provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries - We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival

Self Service = Guest do own cooking, wash dishes, cleaning of the apartment and make beds - We do not expect guest to make their beds on day of departure as we will be replacing the linen & towels with clean fresh linen & towels for the new guest arrival

Fully equipped and we also supply towels, linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the apartment

Minimum stay required = 2 consecutive nights

Minimum stay required from 11 December - 10 January = 5 consecutive nights

Not completing stay of reservation
In the event of a premature departure the guest will be liable for the full stay of the original booking made and no refunds will be made

As we receive various booking requests for the same period of stay, we work on a first pay first serve basis. First guest that pay for their accommodation booking is first serve to the apartment and we are not obliged to confirmation of any other booking for the apartment for the same period of stay

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT = SECURES BOOKING
Minimum 50 % non refundable deposit (Minimum 50 % of booking value) secures your booking unless otherwise noted
Should your booking be 15 days or less before the date of initial arrival the full accommodation booking value ( 100 % ) is payable as a non refundable deposit payment to secure the booking
Balance of the accommodation booking (If any) + R 500 refundable breakage and cleaning service deposit payable on arrival in cash (No credit card facilities available at the establishment)

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE & CLEANING SERVICE DEPOSIT
Minimum R 500 refundable breakage and cleaning service deposit payable on arrival in cash unless otherwise noted
The apartment is thoroughly checked after each guest departure for cleanliness, breakages and damages
Should their be any damages or breakages to property or the apartment (including linen and towels) the guest will be held liable for all costs involved for the replacement thereof
Should the apartment be left in an untidy state on departure (including dirty dishes, pots & pans) a fee of R 500 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit for cleaning services - Washing of any dirty dishes will be charged as an extra cleaning service @ R 500

Should breakages or cleaning service have occur the balance of the refundable breakage & cleaning deposit (If any) will only be refunded within 21 business days after date of initial departure
Guest are friendly requested not to use the towels to remove make-up or to clean their shoes as these stains leave permanent marks and such towels will be considered as damaged and be replaced at the expense of the guest
The guest is responsible for all international transfer fees in respect of the breakage deposit refund and no such fees shall accrue to us

The apartment is equipped with DStv with selected channels

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
No wireless internet access available at the apartment

PARKING
Parking only allowed on designated parking bay

SMOKING
Smoking is allowed in the apartment
No smoking is allowed in the bedrooms, should guest not abide by this term the full refundable breakage deposit (100%) will be withheld for additional cleaning and freshening of the rooms and curtains

GENERAL
We do not stay at the apartment complex - To avoid waiting for us at the apartment on arrival please give us a call when you are about 90 minutes away from Port Elizabeth so that we can meet with you at the apartment to check you in, hand over the keys and collect any outstanding balance + R 500 refundable breakage & cleaning deposit payable in cash - no credit card facilities available
There is no washing machine or dishwasher available in the apartment
Guests are friendly requested to please leave the apartment the same way on the day of departure as they have received it on arrival

SELF SERVICE and LINEN & TOWELS
This is a self catering & self service apartment
The apartment is not serviced - Clean linen and towels are provided with each new guest arrival
After every 7th consecutive night of guest accommodation clean linen & towels will be provided - No linen change on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday
Should guest require clean linen and towels at any other time than the above it can be provided at an additional cost payable by the guest or the guest may send it to a laundromat for cleaning at their own expense?

At the self catering apartment guests are responsible for the following; cleaning of apartment, make beds, wash dishes, provide own cleaning materials, toiletries & food and do own cooking

OCCUPANCY & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
No persons other than those quoted for are permitted to share the accommodation apartment, should we find that other persons are sharing the accommodation apartment the guest will be liable to pay an additional fee of R 350 per extra person per night calculated from the day of original arrival until date of departure
Maximum occupancy must be adhere to at all times and includes children of all ages

ARRIVAL
Arrival / Check in from 2 pm - 7 pm
Prior arrangement to be made at least 2 days in advance for a late arrival and agreed upon in writing, the guest will be liable to a late arrival fee for arrivals / check in after 7:30 pm
Should a guest not check-in before 7:30 pm and prior arrangement has not been made for a late arrival and agreed upon the booking will be considered as a no-show and cancelled

LATE ARRIVAL / CHECK IN FEES - PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL
For an arrival 7:30 pm - 9 pm the guest will be liable to a late check in fee of R 250
For an arrival 9 pm - 10:30 pm the guest will be liable to a late check in fee of R 400
For an arrival 10:30 pm - 12 am the guest will be liable to a late check in fee of R 500
No check in after 12 am

EARLY CHECK IN
Early check in subject to no other guests checking out on the same day
Early check in will only be allowed after 10 am and only if the apartment is clean and ready for occupation

DEPARTURE
Departure before 10 am
Prior arrangement to be made at least 2 days in advance for a late departure and agreed upon in writing, the guest will be liable to a late departure fee of R 250 for departures after 10:30 am and such fee will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit
No late departures after 11 am will be allowed

MINIMUM STAY
Minimum stay = 2 consecutive nights
Minimum stay from 11 December - 10 January = 5 consecutive nights
Should a guest like to stay shorter than the above minimum stay period required the guest will be charged for the minimum stay required
