This fully equipped luxury one bedroom self catering and self service apartment can sleep maximum two (2) persons and is situated nearby all major attractions including shopping centers, game parks, restaurants, cinemas, casino and family entertainment

The apartment is fully equipped with a Private Entrance, Open plan lounge / kitchen with ceiling fan, Bathroom with shower only, Twin beds in bedroom (King), Remote controlled 32” LCD television in bedroom with full DStv,
Air-conditioning and heating in the bedroom, Iron & Ironing Board, Hairdryer, Outside Braai facility and Off-street parking

Please note – Should the booking be for two (2) persons then prior arrangement needs to be made by the guest prior to the day of arrival for the twin beds to be converted to one king size bed otherwise the apartment will be readied with twin beds for their stay

Self Catering = Guest provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries - We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival

Self Service = Guest do own cooking, wash dishes, cleaning of the apartment and make beds - We do not expect guest to make their beds on day of departure as we will be replacing the linen & towels with clean fresh linen & towels for the new guest arrival

Fully equipped and we also supply towels, linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the apartment

Minimum stay required = 2 consecutive nights

Minimum stay required from 11 December - 10 January = 5 consecutive nights

CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid any misunderstanding ~ a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation booking in the event of a cancellation. We will seek full compensation for any cancelled accommodation, including premature curtailment and we are not obliged to any refunds

Not completing stay of reservation
In the event of a premature departure the guest will be liable for the full stay of the original booking made and no refunds will be made

1st Pay = 1st Serve
As we receive various booking requests for the same period of stay, we work on a first pay first serve basis. First guest that pay for their accommodation booking is first serve to the apartment and we are not obliged to confirmation of any other booking for the apartment for the same period of stay

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT = SECURES BOOKING
Minimum 50 % non refundable deposit (Minimum 50 % of booking value) secures your booking unless otherwise noted

Should your booking be 15 days or less before the date of initial arrival the full accommodation booking value (100%) is payable as a non refundable deposit payment to secure the booking

Balance of the accommodation booking (If any) payable on arrival in cash (No credit card facilities available at the establishment)

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE & CLEANING SERVICE DEPOSIT
Minimum R 250 refundable breakage and cleaning service deposit payable on arrival in cash unless otherwise noted

The apartment is thoroughly checked after each guest departure for cleanliness, breakages and damages

Should their be any damages or breakages to any property or the apartment (including linen and towels) the guest will be held liable for all costs involved for the replacement thereof

Should the apartment be left in an untidy state on departure (including dirty dishes, pots & pans) a fee of R 250 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit for cleaning services – Any excessive cleaning and washing of dirty dishes, pots & pans will be charged as an extra cleaning service @ R250

The refundable breakage & cleaning service deposit will only be refunded into the bank or credit card account of the guest within 5 business days after date of initial departure (Should no breakages or cleaning service have occur)

Should breakages or cleaning service have occur the balance of the refundable breakage & cleaning deposit (If any) will only be refunded within 21 business days after date of initial departure

Guest are friendly requested not to use the towels to remove make-up or to clean their shoes as these stains leave permanent marks and such towels will be considered as damaged and be replaced at the expense of the guest

The guest is responsible for all international transfer fees in respect of the breakage deposit refund and no such fees shall accrue to us

DStv
The apartment is equipped with full DStv in the bedroom

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
No wireless internet access available at the apartment

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment

GENERAL
To avoid waiting for us at the apartment on arrival please give us a call when you are about 90 minutes away from Port Elizabeth so that we can meet with you at the apartment to check you in, hand over the keys and collect any outstanding balance from you payable in cash - no credit card facilities available

There is no washing machine or dishwasher available in the apartment

Guests are friendly requested to please leave the apartment in a clean & decent state on the day of their departure

Guests are friendly requested not to use the towels to remove make-up or to clean their shoes as these stains leave permanent marks and such towels will be considered as damaged and be replaced at the expense of the guest

Should their be any damages or breakages to property or the apartment (including linen and towels) the guest will be held liable for all costs involved for the replacement thereof

GAS STOVE and BRAAI / BBQ FACILITY
Guests making use of these facilities do so entirely at their own risk – please note that gas & fires are extremely dangerous and that guests must please treat it with caution, respect and care at all times

SELF SERVICE and LINEN & TOWELS
This is a self catering & self service apartment

The apartment is not serviced - Clean linen and towels are provided with each new guest arrival

After every 7th consecutive night of guest accommodation clean linen & towels will be provided - No linen change on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday

Should guest require clean linen and towels at any other time than the above it can be provided at an additional cost payable by the guest or the guest may send it to a laundromat for cleaning at their own expense?

At the self catering apartment guests are responsible for the following; cleaning of apartment, make beds, wash dishes, provide own cleaning materials, toiletries & food and do own cooking

We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival

We do not expect guest to make their beds on day of departure as we will be replacing the linen & towels with clean fresh linen & towels for the new guest arrival

OCCUPANCY & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
No persons other than those quoted for are permitted to share the accommodation apartment, should we find that other persons are sharing the accommodation apartment the guest will be liable to pay an additional fee of R 350 per extra person per night calculated from the day of original arrival until date of departure

Maximum occupancy must be adhere to at all times and includes children of all ages

ARRIVAL
Arrival / Check in from 2 pm - 7 pm

Prior arrangement to be made at least 2 days in advance for a late arrival and agreed upon in writing, the guest will be liable to a late arrival fee for arrivals / check in after 7:30 pm

Should a guest not check-in before 7:30 pm and prior arrangement has not been made for a late arrival and agreed upon the booking will be considered as a no-show and cancelled

LATE ARRIVAL / CHECK IN FEES - PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL
For an arrival 7:30 pm - 9 pm the guest will be liable to a late check in fee of R 250

For an arrival 9 pm - 10:30 pm the guest will be liable to a late check in fee of R 400

For an arrival 10:30 pm - 12 am the guest will be liable to a late check in fee of R 500

No check in after 12 am

EARLY CHECK IN
Early check subject to no other guests checking out on the same day

Early check in will only be allowed after 10am and only if the apartment is clean and ready for occupation

DEPARTURE
Departure before 10 am

No late departures after 10:30 am will be allowed

MINIMUM STAY
Minimum stay = 2 consecutive nights

Minimum stay from 11 December - 10 January = 5 consecutive nights

Should a guest like to stay shorter than the above minimum stay period required the guest will be charged for the minimum stay required
