MEALS

A scrumptious full English breakfast is served in the dining room or on the patio overlooking the garden and pool. If you are tired of good old bacon & eggs or omelets’ – tell us what you would like! Perhaps some good old fashioned “krummelpap”? (A truly unique and original South African porridge made with maize (mielie) meal, with a texture resembling bread crumbs.)

Dinner can be arranged on request. We serve a hearty truly South African dinner – farmhouse style.
‘Rys, vleis en aartappels ‘with some ‘boereboontjies’? (Rice, meat and potatoes with some green beans.)
We also serve other unique South Africa cuisine.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

• The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made one to seven days before the actual arrival date.
• Cancellations received between eight and 21 days before the date of arrival will result in 50 percent of the deposit forfeited.
• For cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
• In order to avoid misunderstanding, we require written instructions, together with your banking details, to cancel your reservation. We will then refund the applicable amount within fifteen days. A 15 percent administration fee will be charged, while an additional R185 will be levied on SWIFT transfers.
