We can arrange a welcome pack, especially convenient if you are scheduled to arrive after hours when supermarkets are closed. Please note that our apartment includes a supply of sugar, salt and pepper in grinders, coffee and tea bags. You can order your choice of welcome pack with basic food and beverage when completing an inquiry for accommodation. You will pay the real cost of the welcome pack + 10 EUR for the delivery.

Full service housekeeping every 4 days (included in the price).

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge

- Bookings for 4-7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay

- Bookings for more than 7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge

- Bookings for 1 month and more
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge
Cancellation 5-0 days before the arrival: 14 nights charge

Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.

Cancellation fee will be automatically discounted from your credit card.

In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

Peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
