As for the booking cancellation, we require you to inform us at least 3 days before arrival. We prefer payment in cash (CZK or EUR) on arrival, so if you have to leave earlier than expected and say it to the receptionist by 10 am, we will rufund you the whole amount paid for the days you have cancelled.
