We are in Umbria’s green heart around 500 m above sea level in the scenic landscape around the city of San Venanzo. The area is a protected natural park located in the middle of a triangle formed by the cities of Perugia, Todi and Orvieto. It is a region characterized by many famous historical and art historical cities, and for those who love nature, there will be plenty of opportunities for a relaxing holiday full of experiences.
The house was built in the 1700s and it has preserved its architectural elements with the old stones, the terracotta floors, and the visible centenarian beams. The apartments have been carefully restored with respect for its rustic character. So far, there are 2 apartments which can be rented for 2, 4 or 6 persons.
On the ground floor, where there once were stables, there is now a little restaurant where you will be received by Marcello and Natalia.
Casale delle Due Fonti is located very centrally in the area and it is a good starting point for trips to some of the most interesting places in Umbria, including Todi, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi. If you wish, we can also give you suggestions for other activities which can make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
